Pumpkin Banana Smoothie


'Tis the Season of Fall and that means Pumpkin 
EVERYTHING!!! 

So here's a Healthy and Delious recipe to start off this season right...
and it's been toddler-approved! 


Ingredients: 
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1 Ripe Banana
1 cup Almond milk
1/3 cup Plain yogurt (I'm going to try it with vanilla yogurt next time)
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin all-spice
4 cubes of Ice

Blend all of the ingredients untill smooth and frothy.
